@Tyler Menke first time actually following the full cut program and I have made it to phase 4 and prepping for phase 5! As I look to continue my journey, what is the “name” of this diet to help me look for recipes? Or some keywords I can search for, low carb anti inflammatory recipes?

I search for anti-inflammatory, gaps diet, paleo, or keto recipes. I also bought this cookbook off Amazon at Tyler’s recommendation. Just be aware, some recipes may still require tweaks to stay within the ingredients list provided by Tyler.

S.T.R.E.A.M.S. - Year end challenge!

@Everyone Per Annie’s post yesterday I think we all crave something this time of year to keep us on track. I’ve been thinking of a daily challenge that we can all commit to until the cut starts. I always think in terms of what would be good for me too. Here is my personal challenge and something I’m committed to doing myself everyday to finish our 2025. Who’s in?

Daily Routine: S.T.R.E.A.M.S.

-Stretch- upon waking

-Thankful- flow- start with the feeling of gratefulness. Keep searching until u get the actual feeling not just saying things we should be grateful for. Let it flow into our day.

Read- read or listen to part of a health book with goal of finishing before year end.

-Eat- a baggy of raw cut veggies before anything else to build a bed of fiber in the belly.

@Everyone i am on day 6! Like so many things we have to get 10 straight days usually before it feels like a new habit but I’m sticking with this one because it makes a difference. Who’s been able to stick to at least the veggies and what results have u noticed?

I could swear this little daily habit is most important! Adding those nutrients and fiber early to then regulate blood sugars the rest of the eating window. Anyone else gotten into this habit yet?

The New Cut program! ?

Hi all! I’ve been building out the new and improved programming to be ready to start a January one. Biggest changes will be that each step will include challenges and video interactions. Additionally we will have a belief and prep building week followed by a fast and stew week. Week three will then be phase one recipes, week four phase two, five phase 3, week four phase 4, week 5 phase five recipes and weeks 6,7,8 we will have at home workouts to supplement what is done in the gym. These will be video exercises done each day for a week. Any thoughts or ideas to add?
