I’m delayed in starting my fast due to hosting an exchange student and activities planned - plan to start mine tomorrow after dinner.

Okay so I started my fast early so today is my last stew day. I got home from working out and doing errands and was so hungry. I hadn’t ate since dinner last night. The thought of stew made me want to puke. So I shredded up cabbage and carrots, poured apple cider vinegar on it, dug out meat from my old stew and warmed the meat then put it on top of my cold cabbage. It was great! Like hot slaw in a way.
