Hi to all!
Excited to be part of the Fall Cut! I’m a working mom of 3 and busy with a lot of directions this time of the year. I did one of the previous cuts and found it to be extremely helpful in getting my nutrition on track. I love to work out but nutrition has always been my downfall with getting the results I’m looking to achieve. Nervous about some upcoming work travel but I’ve used that as an excuse to not join in the past and ready to commit to my health despite some obstacles. Excited to jump into this with everyone!
