S.T.R.E.A.M.S. - Year end challenge!
@Everyone Per Annie’s post yesterday I think we all crave something this time of year to keep us on track. I’ve been thinking of a daily challenge that we can all commit to until the cut starts. I always think in terms of what would be good for me too. Here is my personal challenge and something I’m committed to doing myself everyday to finish our 2025. Who’s in?
Daily Routine: S.T.R.E.A.M.S.
-Stretch- upon waking
-Thankful- flow- start with the feeling of gratefulness. Keep searching until u get the actual feeling not just saying things we should be grateful for. Let it flow into our day.
Read- read or listen to part of a health book with goal of finishing before year end.
-Eat- a baggy of raw cut veggies before anything else to build a bed of fiber in the belly.
@Everyone i am on day 6! Like so many things we have to get 10 straight days usually before it feels like a new habit but I’m sticking with this one because it makes a difference. Who’s been able to stick to at least the veggies and what results have u noticed?
